表1は、メイプルプログラムに在籍した学生を、年度別、国別に示したものです。この表からわかるように、年度別では近年大きな変化は見られません。毎年、20以上の国や地域から、コンスタントに本プログラムに参加していることがわかるでしょう。
国別に見た場合、地域ではアジア、欧州地域が中心となっていることがわかります。この2地域だけで、プログラムの約9割弱の学生がいます。
アジアでは、タイ王国が最も多く、ついで中国、ベトナムの順となっています。欧州では、イギリスからの留学生が多く、そのほか、ドイツ、フランス、ロシアなどからも一定数の留学生を受け入れています。
