On December 15, 2023, representatives from the Minoh City Tourist Association and Minoh City Hall held a roundtable discussion with five international students. Minoh City aims to attract many people from overseas to visit for tourism. Therefore, during the discussion, the students shared their impressions of Minoh City, the positive and negative aspects of Minoh, how to gather information when traveling, recommended places for people from their own countries, and their thoughts on tempura with maple leaves.

The participating students, hailing from countries such as Thailand, China, Germany, Russia, and the Netherlands, enjoyed conversing with the people of Minoh City, imagining how people from their respective countries would enjoy tourism in Minoh. Their opinions may be incorporated into Minoh City’s future tourism strategy, which is something to look forward to.
