In the spring and summer semesters of the 2022 academic year, the Maple Program will hold a PBL (Project Based Learning) activity on the theme of “Minoh” in the Maple Directed Research & Reading (MDR). In order to provide many students who have yet to come to Japan with an opportunity to learn about Minoh area and grow their interest in it, we invited the members of the Minoh Volunteer Guide MV Club to hold an online “question-and-answer session” on January 25, 2022.
Divided into rooms for “Culture,” “History,” “Nature,” “Society,” and “Chatting,” the students enthusiastically asked the volunteer guides about things they hadn’t been able to find out on their own and learned a lot. Based on the knowledge gained from this question-and-answer session, the students will be preparing for PBL activities of the next semester.
