The Maple Program held the “Let me know! Minoh! Class Activity” with guests involved in various projects in Minoh, as part of the Maple Directed Research & Reading (MDR) course on April 25, 2023. This event was aimed at providing the students with the opportunity to receive various opinions regarding identifying problems related to the city of Minoh as part of their PBL activities for this semester.
Our guests for the day were members of the Minoh Semba Town Planning Council and Prof. Matsuura, a Guest Professor of CJLC. The students explained their own projects and asked detailed questions about their problem identification activities. After the class activity, students had the opportunity to freely discuss with all our guests, and thus they were able to receive further advice and form connections with Minoh.
Inspired by the advice shared on this day, they will proceed with the PBL activities for this semester.
